Los Pilones is great fun, feels un-touristy, and serves fantastic food and cocktails. I recommend the tacos and the special dish (with cactus in it, no really!) as well as the yummy margaritas and mojitos. It's great value.
Don't wanna sound like I am repeating meself here but the margaritas are truly amazingly good.
