I'm Barbi. I moved here from California to be with my Dutch partner. I have a Yahoo Amsterdam meet-up group, perhaps we can all get together and make the groups even stronger. http://groups.yah...

Where are you from originally? Where else have you lived?

The last place I lived before moving to Holland was Los Angeles, but I have also lived in England, Texas and Pennsylvania.

What brought you to Amsterdam/The Netherlands? How long have you been living here?

I have always wanted to live in Europe and was lucky enough to find a European man who is now my husband. I have been living here almost 9 years.

What types of events are you most interested in?

I like Murder Dinners, Theater and Plays in English, Opera, Ballet, Concerts, Hiking, Tennis, Swimming, Baseball, Golf

What times are best for you? Weekdays, weekends, nights, days, etc.?

Weekends are always good but getting out during the week is a nice, refreshing change
