Hi Summer

This is the basic outline of the event I would suggest for a meet up on Sunday 27th May at 10.30am. It is limited to 10 members.

Trained and certified in India in the Sivananda tradition.

I'm offering a 90 minute class, which will combine pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), mantras and meditation.

Join me for a full body, mind and soul work out - detox, recharge and relax!!

You're more than welcome to stay for tea after the class.

Class cost is €12,50
